outdrive rebuild

Hello all:
I'm in the Houston area and have a boat with an OMC Stringer electric-shift outdrive with problems in the intermediate gearbox. one of the tapered roller bearings disintegrated. the gears look ok though. Does anybody know who in the houston area is good for parts and expertise for outdrives? Also the knuckle gears are shot and I hear they're really expensive.

also look on the net. you can sometimes rebuilt units pretty decent pice. I've done some Mecs that way and had real good luck don't do OMC though
