I know that stuff is a pain in the butt to wear and hot, however no doubt it probably save my life that day on the river.  No one every expects something to happen, your boat is serious fast and needs it.  My .02.  No trying to get in your business or sound like a know it all just want everyone to think safety first.  I do not want to hear of anyone getting hurt if it can be avoided.

Thanks Mom!!!! Lol, just kidding.

Saw more than 1 boat driven hard with no safety equipment for driver or passenger this year. Not cool in my book. I must have borrowed my $.02 from Henry. ;-)

Billy, the difficulty to put all that safety stuff on is worth the effort, where as the gown you wear in the hospital is easy on, and breezy in the rear! :smile30:

Trust me I know!  Ive seen me do it.

Not been wet yet ..
I will try and do better this year.. I guess you just get used to the speed and you don't think you need the good stuff on . But I know it can happen to anyone at anytime ..
I am listening , just I am hard headed ..
I don't like those Hospital gowns , that might just be what i needed to make me wear this stuff .

OK Henry - what was you telling me at the Toys for Tots , you needed a SPONSOR , well guess what I need one too .. So when you find that one great sponsor , send him my way ..
I am always on the rope , the one tied to the anchor holding the boat at the bank ..  .. LOL

Billy and I have talked, both of us have made a little pact to put our safety equipment on unless we are just tooling around. Parts look good. Good thing they didn't ship them here first, they may have got lost in the mail.  I'm gonna need to work on the Mopar.

I'm with you I think that think should run sub 9.0's now easily with any sort of set up and driver. TE should be a cake walk now!  :smile17:

Galen - I don't think you have anything to worry about .I don't think my boat will keep up with your Mopar Hydro .. Your engine is bad to the bone .. Now if I had a 14-71 sticking on top of mine . I might give you a good run , but until then . I will bow down to that Mopar ..
