Hope you got yer walkin shoes on. We went a few weeks ago & the river was dead. Still had fun though. :smile15:  Don't drink any Coors Lights if you find them, they might be full of piss. Literally, lol...

Kind of a long story. Short version is a friend of our had her beer stolen 2 nights in a row. They took her Coors Light, but left everything else alone. We had vodka, Everclear, jello shots, Smirnoff drinks, & a couple other kinds of beer.... They didn't mess with any of that, only took the Coor Light. So we peed in some empty Coor Light bottle & left them in a seperate cooler. Not sure if any of them got ripped off or not, we didn't count them. Maybe it tasted the same, I don't know, lol.....

Have fun at the river, gonna sure be nice weather!

wow kenny thats not worth a f****...

Yeah, that campground sucked ass, it was the Lazy L & L.... There were other issues as well. We'll never go back to that one. :smile14: Tried posting my thoughts on their website, but for some reason they didn't post them. I tried to be nice, too much negativity I guess, lol.... :smile23:

Other than the campground issues though we had fun. Water wasn't moving much, but it wasn't so freezing-ass cold either. Still a hella good time.  :smile15:

Anyways, you guys have a good time! Wish we would be floating on the river today. :smile15:

well we could float the river one day and go to a lake another day... it was just an idea that sounded like a good time.... or hey you could leave the kids with coonass....lol

We have floated the comel at least once a year, untill we got Jump'n Jack  :smile13: I don't think cody will leave the boat behind in the summer and the water is too cold for winter  :smile20: I don't have enough upper body strength to pull big Coona$$ off the boat and put him in the truck. Or the heart to wipe the tears off his face LMAO :smile23: :smile20:

Now that is f*#kin funny! :smile23:

Seriously, I mentioned something like this to Cody a few weeks ago, not long after ya'll had took ya'lls trip. Staying somewhere at Canyon lake & running the boats & a day or two floatin on the river... :smile20:

If there is any water left that is, lol...

The water looked awesome, deep blue like out in the ocean or something. Not like these mudpuddles around here, lol.....

I surely will. And she'll say Hi right back. :smile13:

Never been to Madina either, where is that at? Looks nice.... Is there beaches around to hang out or just have to anchor the boat out in the water somewhere?

Both...We anchored out so that we could be in the middle of everything.

It is north west of San Antonio. About 3 hours or less from corpus. Here is were we stayed

You guys tent it or get a cabin? I'd probably be leaning towards a cabin myself. Cool looking place.

I would like to go back to Madina.... That water looked just like the Comel but you can but your boat in  :smile15:

We found a cove were everyone hangs out... It was alot of fun and the prettiest boating water I have ever seen in Texas. It is about 20 ft low i think? Not to sure but the water was still about 20 ft deep or deeper  where we were  :smile13:

It's closer to 40 foot low now, last I heard. Not sure what ramps are still open. Most of the shoreline is now limestone rock.

Hey Dman
It's an hour to hour and a half from my place
