Not real sure on how I'll set it up . But would like to keep the old school flavor to it . It came with a 400 Pontiac setup but I'm not a Pontiac man . Nothing wrong with it , just not me . Any oldschool , Buick , Olds , Ford or even Cadillac would be sharp .  Body work and a couple new stringers to start with ! Since it will be a lake boat I'm pretty positive on a auto trans . I did that yrs ago on a flat and really enjoyed the convenience .

Good Luck on that resto always cool to see Old Pony come back to life , re the Trans I did this on my Schiada Flat a few years back was very cool !
