800 might be a "little" exaggeration. A CVX-20 jet hull weighs 1025 bare, 1225 with the pump. Jason's hull would have to be at 225 to be 800 lighter. He's probably 500 lighter though. I guarantee my interior is A LOT heavier. So total may very well be more than 800!

I think most SWTDs come in around 700 bare. Mine is 900 bare.

FROM FUTZ himself 650 to 675lbs  is pushing it  for one if it was built in the WINTER TIME...  Mine was built AUG of 1979..    But thats ok cause WATER WALKER will be up and going by next yr  " HOPEFULLY "  and thats a HOLE NEW BALL GAME..
