My Nephew Matt is in the Navy and just returned from Asscrackistan last week.

James (Blazeracer) served 20+ years as an Army guy

I did a little time (21 years) in the Navy

Not sure who all else on the boards are Vets but I sure am proud of them whomever they are.

My son is a Weebelo and tomorrow, Saturday, I'm taking him over to the local Veterans cemetery to place American flags on Veterans grave site.....to show our respect and appreciation for their sacrifice.

My dad and his dad were US Army . My Brother Dez and myself were both US Navy . I have countless cousins on both sides of my family that have and still serve . My Brother in Law Ken was Army for 22 years . My wife's step dad was in the Army in Vietnam . My wifes uncle Les is a retired Master Chief in the Navy . Our nephew Drew is in the Army and is in Afghanistan right now . Our nephew David is serving in the Navy in Japan right now . Oh yeah , both his mother and father were Army , that is where they met . I am sure I am forgetting several other members of our family that have served in one branch or another , we come from military families . Oh yeah , Bonnie was even born on a Air Force base .
