Had a pretty good turn out. Both Ken sr. And Kurt ran their boats and I ran the Whaler......found out the Whaler needs a new impeller.

Good turn out last night. Ken Sr's boat looked and ran great. Kurt's sounded awesome too and ran great.

Good thing I did bring the Whaler out there last night with all them GM's running around...no tellin' when they're gonna break down.

Just sayin'.

I got the new speed controller for my Traxxas yesterday replaced under warranty. I'm gonna bring it out today also. With the 11.1 LiPo and brushless motor it'll outrun most of our boats!! LOL.

I'll be there drinking till the sun goes down.... I might be a little late too. The glass shop is supposed to be coming today to replace the front and rear glass on the 79. They said between 12 and 5, which probably means at 4:45 and will then take two hours. LOL

Hope y'all had a good time tonight. There was just no way I was gonna make it....with a meeting in OKC this morning, a 3 hours drive, cutting two lawns, watching my sons flag football game (we won), I was just a bit tired and didn't want to head out.

No numbers and no video!! There's no way I could have looked at a GPS...lol, I was holding on for dear life man! I mean one second we were just cruising along and the next.....we were hauling ass! When it hooked up, it was instant and we pulled some serious G's.

That was my first ride in a serious jet boat and man let me tell ya, I'm still smiling this morning. Lol.....

Ya, word has it there will be a few of us out there. I'll be there about 4:30pm but a few might be out there as early as 2pm. The weather is looking pretty good with winds about 7-8mph. Wish it were that calm over the weekend. Lol.
