hows the beach in the cove by the ramp....  did the high water kill of the grass and weeds and everything else that was growing?

They brought the water down so quick that theres still grass.  There is very little beach anywhere on the S.Side of the lake, and still tall grass / brush in many of the areas.

It should die off with time.  Its shocking to see the difference between last year and now, its like a totally different lake. clap.gif

Cody and i were there sunday for the maiden voyage of my boat it ran great and handled the rough water on the south side of rocky extremely well we knocked down a lot of brush just going back and forth to the beach
pulling the valve covers to give it a once over then were off to san jac next sunday

Don,  I saw you out there just didnt know who you were!  You werr hanging out at the Rocky Creek cove for a while, im pretty sure we passed each other a few times.  You boat sounds exremely good.

need to learn the lake a little better i've only been their a few times but i really like it were planning a weekend at rocky later this month i will post when
