Lake Saturday the 23rd Canyon or LBJ

I am actually going to the lake!! We are going to either head out to Canyon or Lake LBJ. I will know later this week and will post it. Hope to see someone out there.

I have only had the boat in the water once so far this year and that was at the coast. I did a 100 mile cruise up the intercoastal. I will post that story in another thread.

We spent the weekend in Marble Falls this past weekend . Took a drive up and had dinner on LBJ  , looks like a great place to run . We are hoping to make another trip later this summer with the boat , I want to play on lake marble falls and maybe check out LBJ .

Lake LBJ is chock full of ski boats. They are running all over the place out there. We go up to the Llano river and set up the EZ up in 2 foot water and hang out. It is great for the kid.

I am heading out there Saturday. We are going to put in at Comal Park around 1500 and head up lake. Right where the river starts back where the wake boarders are is a little creek that is nice and deep near a bluff. When looking up river go a little to the left and you will see us up in there. If the water level is down too much we might be someowhere else, but not sure where. Might wind up at the sandy beach at Canyon Park on the east end of the lake. Look for us!!

Patch where you putting in at and planning on being?  Wildbunch is going to be out there as well this weekend.  They are putting in at Cranes Mill

I'm not sure where we will be, we are meeting some friends up there. They live in the area. I'm not familiar with Canyon at all.

We did not go by party cove Saturday. We got on the lake late and saw there were plenty of people out there and kept going up the lake. I was really ready to throw the anchor and drink a beer!!

Sounds like yall all had a good time out there. We had my kid and our neighbors plus their kid with us.
