Sorry J that you was unable to get the boat going .. That suprised me that we hit bottom in the old Ski boat being we were 50-60 feet from the bank .. Glad it was just mud and sand there ..

Wayne - Taht one was an easy fix , wish all of themn would be that easy .. Hope that stops the drain back problem you had ..

Maybe the next time you guys come to Granbury , all of out boats will be doing better ..

Billy, Real Estate lady in Granbury that had a contract on house J was going to purchase has a contract out for your life!  When you took him over in boat and hit bottom he went back and inspected further.

He called her Monday and rescinded his purchase contract on the house.

Good thing is you showed him waterway was not acceptable for his boats to get to dock! ha ha

Oh well . I better go and hide .. LOL ..

You really need to be carefull buying property on Granbury .. Unless you know the lake very well , you do not know how deep the water is until it is too late .. I was actually surprised we hit bottom that far out in the Ski Boat ..

Some of the Edition are on the deep side of the lake and some are on the shallow side .. When Granbury get 2 feet low it get dangerous , and when it get 3-5 ft low , you better stay in the channel or off the lake ..
