This is really neat stuff, But, is it just me or does anyone else get a little Pissed when they say "looters" are scavenging from these Sites? I know I know, there is an element out there that does not care about what these things represent but I would bet some real money that most of the people that pick something up, like an arrow head or piece of pottery are gonna display it in there home, NOT destroy it! It gets my back up when I here about the state aresting people that are picking up these items, lets not forget who put them under water in the first place! If they are so worried about them then why in the hell did they let them go under in the first place! I know of some places of real historical significance WITH artifacts to the war between the states but there is no way in hell that I would let the state "protect" them! as far as native American sites and prehistoric finds, I have a gold mine of places to go along with the items that I have "looted". but again, they will NOT be revealed by me because of what would happen if the state found them! :angry:
and no, I do NOT sell these items, what I take home is mine and displayed in my home. :wink:
