:smile13:Patchman said:If the roof is leaking, insurance is difficult. Had leaking roof this year and called insurance to take a look. First adjuster said no problem, it was wind blown water damage. They don't cover that. So I called a roofer to look, and he said there were a few problems but all in all good. So we called insurance to look again. Roofer was supposed to meet him out there, and naturally did not make it. Second adjuster inspected whole roof again. He found one shingle folded over and said he would replace the roof! One shingle saved me $4,000.00. Might want to look at the roof closely, if you know what I mean! :smile12:
