  :smile14: has been raining since 5 this morning and has not stopped , pond filled up , backed up my creek
now flooding the yard . about 3 year's ago had an addition put on the back of the house ,we call it our sun room because had 4 sliding glass door's to exit to the back deck , now i find that some where on the roof extention i have a leak, water coming down inside wall also following a wire down and coming out of a light switch on the same wall .$$$$$$$$$$$  :smile18:  :smile18:

    roof was L shaped they tied in 1/2 way up. going to pull part of the celling at the two intersecting wall line's and take a peek and see .  :smile18:  insurance , going to see if it is something that i can handle first before i get
them involved .

did they stitch the new into the old? or did the build over the existing roof and then try to tuck under the existing roof?

real happy about the lake elevation  :smile15: , but you can keep the rain in the hill country,  do not need any more here  :smile14:

If the roof is leaking, insurance is difficult. Had leaking roof this year and called insurance to take a look. First adjuster said no problem, it was wind blown water damage. They don't cover that. So I called a roofer to look, and he said there were a few problems but all in all good. So we called insurance to look again. Roofer was supposed to meet him out there, and naturally did not make it. Second adjuster inspected whole roof again. He found one shingle folded over and said he would replace the roof! One shingle saved me $4,000.00. Might want to look at the roof closely, if you know what I mean! :smile12:

  :smile18: has been raining hard again today , BUT i did dodge the bullet . had a tornado go by thank
god it was still in the air , BUT watching the tv, downtown shreveport had damage also at I 220 and
hwy. 3  out toward's cypress lake and haughton. wating on the 6 new's to see how bad it was
