Thanks guys.  I had to idle it up a little.  I guess with the new motor being tight or maybe the headers made a difference.  It did kick right off first time.  I had a little too much timing in it to start with but all and all a pretty easy initial start.  I'm sure there will be a little more fine tuning once I get it to the lake.
