I need to spend the time to get my dialed in for Waco on Memorial Day weekend .. Not going to gear mine down that low for 660 feet . It would be fun to go  , but I have nothing for those guys up there

I hate when people use logic on me!  :smile15:  At least come up for the day or something. If nothing else, my gf will be driving back and forth a couple times, just get to here and ride with her if you'd like.

I think this is as much a challenge or grudge type gathering as anything. 
It's not a race.
Few of the v-drive guys will actually re-gear for the 660 or 800 or whatever.
The reason for thinking this would be, because, and I will use mine as an example.
Mine is geared to burn the prop to what I consider a reasonable maximum RPM for my engine and prop combination.
I don't want to turn the engine past that RPM.  If I gear it lower, the RPM will go higher than I want.
If I were to put a larger prop on, it might be beneficial to re-gear.  That would be assuming I had a gear / prop combination already worked out.
Others may disagree, but that's what I think.
