Also look what I'm calling RTC has done for the sight in the last few days we've had 30 users on just today! And quite a few in the last few days, We might just make a comeback if we start more events over here! Lol :smile30:

Yes to the events. Hell the first couple of years we ran non stop. Now we have to look for excuses to go. The drought has taken a toll for sure. Look at Sand Bar bash. Hell my Sanger was running back then! crazy.gif

Yep, the ongoing drought has stopped any use of the Colorado River in my area.  LCRA has released water from the Highland Lakes for 3 years now.  It plain flat-out sucks!

Really, cuz I see one maybe(the Good Lord willing comment) & one going. There is more talk about RTC @ Somerville than about Mathis, lol.

While I don't doubt there will be 7 or maybe more boats, looks like its going on by word of mouth, not FB. I ain't sayin, I'm just sayin.... :wink:

You been on Lake Fayette, thats kinda up in your neck of the woods ain't it? Wonder what that place is like or worth checking out.

It's not hotboat friendly.  Besides, when bird farts over it, it turns into the North Sea.

Copy that. Knotty said there was no beach area either. Still on the hunt. Kinda focusing on lakes unfortunately, figuring most rivers may be in same shape as the Colorado.
