Fellas, I am going to put my Dragster Scoop back on my Sled, WHERE do I find a tray for Dual Carb's? at this point I am not even sure of the square dimentions of the scoop, just tryin to get a head start.

Negative, I still have the single Carb tray, I will take it to my local welding shop and they can pattern it and plasma cut the Carb holes.  :smile30:

i was joking, however i did that one time, on a formula 5000 scoop i had on my centurion picklefork.

my centurion only ran in the mid 70s in the water, but it towed at 80 to the water.

I hear ya, however with my luck it would sink to the bottom of the lake or never make it to the lake! the single carb tray that I have could very well be from Wal-mart, it is WAY to flimsy~!

I have some 3/8" aluminum plate you could make one out of.  Hell thinking about it I probably could use that to fab up an intake for the CJ's motor why the hell didn't I think of that sooner?

What exactly is the problem with getting an intake to fit a 360 anyway ? That should be an off the shelf item at any performance shop .

Problem is that the newer magnum 360's use a different bolt setup which si what I have.  I can't use the intake on the 360 sitting on the trailer cause its the old style.  I havent found a used intake for the newer style yet and a new one is $180.  Although I already told the wife I would need to spend that until I get the bills caught up with the new job thats not getting spent.  I know thats not a lot for some of you but it is to us right now.  Yeah I know Boats are an expense but once I have this on the water it wont be as big of one.

Anyways a custom intake would be just what the CJ ordered anyways.  I can tune it for the RPM I want and have the pride that I did that.  Going to talk to Dusty about getting some plates cut from my aluminum plate I have.  I could also possibly cut up the stock fuel injection intake I have and use that as well to start from would save me from having to custom cut the flanges.

Making a custom intake yeah I could possibly get it done this weekend but most likely no it still won't make it, but you never know.
