Cliff, don't forget you need to come over and helicoil the starter bolt holes in your bell housing so I Chevy won't have to pull you in.

I was just kidding on that I am not that ghetto.  If I was I would have said to just use some bailing wire to hold the starter in.  It will work I swear.  crazy.gif

Just got a call from Calverts......the motor is ready for pick up. For a teardown, inspection, polishing the crank, new oil pump, reassembly, gasket set and poly lock rocker nuts and 7 quarts of Joe Gibbs break in oil....$585.00 out the door. I'll pickup the motor today.

Hope James is ready to install this sucker tomorrow!

Ready, what time you want to get started? The earlier the better. It gets hot out fast. Edward will come too if you're bringing Jacob.

Did they put the heads back on too? That would save us 20 minutes and some muscle cramps from torquing to 140lbs.

Wayne used to race with Jimmy Oneal back in the day. When I mentioned Jimmy's name the other day, Wayne's eyes got big and a huge smile popped up on his face. Lol.

Just picked up the motor. She's ready to be dropped into the boat.
