this is probably the best swapmeet in houston area, for car,motorcycle, boat parts , engine parts everywhere,  if anyone needs any parts this is the one to go to, saturday is probably the best day to go bright and early. there are new parts vendors as well as a ton of used parts, i have seen jetboat, vdrive pans there before, boat headers, tunnel rams, carbs, blowers, hemi's you name it it is usually there.

I have a garage at the new shop . Still havent built a garage at the house , I really just want to sell the house and buy a new one . I am tired of having so much to mow and keep up with .

Thats what we have been looking at . Almost bought on across the street from Jim's friend Al over in Indian Shores , but it was in pretty rough shape and needed too much tlc . Only good thing was it had a dock and a boat house , just up the cove from Jim's place .

Yea, that house was a good friend of mine,he got foreclosed on.I was going to attempt to buy but times are a little tuff.

Did it ever sell , or is it still sitting empty . When we saw it it looked pretty rough . It needed a roof , new ceilings , new flooring throughout , and a total remodel . But it was really cheap for waterfront .
