So far, out of all the CJ's that have been posted up over the past year, none of them have been photographed in the water. I wonder when we will get to see an actual CJ floating? Moving under it's own power?
There was one and mine will be this year.

Edit: here is one

That is entirely possible but I know this my CJ will have a new transom in before the weekend is out.

LOL I already have it cut just need to epoxy it in.  No duct tape needed.  Cap will probably go back on too.

CJ,  don't go over stretching it now

No kidding Kona......duct tapping his transom in AND laying the cap on the hull is a ton of work.....and will change his "progress curve" substantially!!

WHat you all don't realize is how much stuff I have been stock piling over the last two years of all the little stuff.  My wife will be glad to get her house cleaned out and have things back into the shed once all the boat stuff gets into the boat.  The only thing I don't have right now is Water Inlet hose and Fuel fill hose.  How much Fuel Fill hose still depends on which tank and where it is getting mounted.  I have hose clamps out the wazoo.  I may need to pick up some more stainless screws but shouldn't be many if any.  I have new exhaust hose and clamps, water hose and clamps except the hose from the hull seacock to water pump as stated above, new wiring, gauges, radio (oh need speakers, no worries not important to be on the water), Got lots of nuts and bolts saved everything that came off plus some, have bilge blowers and bilge pumps (do need some blower hose), battery box, perko dual battery switch, Battery wiring, battery terminals, have plenty of electrical connectors, heat shrink tubing, all the vinyl for the seats and coverings, and all the fiberglass material.

Things I know I need to still get Starter or have mine reversed, more wood, possibly more epoxy, rub rail rubber insert, Intake for motor, fuel fill hose, electric fuel pump, possibly more fuel line from tank to motor, carpet.

Now I may be missing something but I believe I am being pretty thorough in what I know I needed.  You all think I have been siting on my A$$ the past two years and this has been the last thing on my mind well it's always been in the front of my mind I have a master project list and I can evnision the entire project.  That's what I do for a living is have to see an entire project and make sure all the gotchas are captured in the first round not the aftermath.

Most of you will probably think I am blowing smoke and that's fine but as I have said before come hell or high water this boat will float this year.

I'll donate an electric (Holley Blue) fuel pump, all it needs is a kit, to motivate this project.  Go CJ Go!
