I'll go first......I'm replacing my 15 year old Bassett TT headers with some shiney new ones....Also some plumbing rework and maybe an upgrade to my stereo system.

New motor will have to wait till next year :smile29:

Well I had some big planes for my pump but the baby needed glasses so that took a big chunk of my pump money so now I will be doing a quick overhaul, some carb. work cutting the airhorn off and a new hight torque starter (tired of puttin the cheep a$$ starters so I cant run a couple and then start grinding internally) may try to sand down the bow and fix the stress cracks and paint that also looking at filling the bow light holes and add the side mount ones. And I have to get a bimini top the babys burnes very easy. Just small things this year.  :smile19:

New headers are definitely a nice addition. :smile17: I bought a new set for mine last summer. Glad I got them, but sometimes I think it was the worst money I spent cuz now I'm paranoid about them getting messed up, lol... :undecided:

Other than that, not much unfortunately. Not much extra $$$ around these days. Hoping to get the pump gone through, & at the very least a freshen up on the engine...

I was working on rebuilding my seats.  Got the frames built for both front seats.  Then I wrecked my wife's car.  Since it was my fault the insurance would not pay for a rental.  Initial estimate was 6 weeks to get it fixed.  I switched gears and started working on putting my 72 back together so I could drive it and my wife could have the Avalanche until we got her car back.  Two weeks later and 29K worth of damage and the insurance totaled her car.  She now has a new car but I still need to get the 72 back together so I can move it around.

Hopefully I can at least get the seats finished before spring.

I did make the reader's rides in the Jan/Feb issue of Classic Custom Boats.  You can check it out over at http://classiccustomboats.com/

First thing I'm going to do is get my seats redone, second will probably be putting on the bassett headers I bought last year of ebay.  I have to get the water lines, adapters, and gaskets.  :smile15:  Kinda got screwed there.  I was hoping to do some work on the 454 and maybe try that out in my boat, but since I'm not working anymore, I guess it will have to wait.

Wake,

I have an extra set of water lines if you want them.

Where are you located?

Shrek

I'm in La Grange, but I usually do some traveling to Houston, and Dallas.  I have a SB Chevy 350, the water lines are never on ebay, usually just BBC.

East Texas, between Lufkin and Livingston.

Heck, send me your mailing address and I'll send these over. I'll be back in town Tuesday afternoon and can send them out Wed.

Screw what Bassett wants for a set........... just give me a Cold Beer when we get on the water.

Shrek, I got the water lines today.  Thank you very much, I'm sure I can make them work somehow, if all else fails I could donate them to someone with a bbc.  I haven't gotten a chance to pull out my headers and see what I have to do.  I'm sure it won't be too difficult.  Just probably have to borrow a tube bender.  Next time I see you beer is on me!  :smile16:
