motors been painted flat black cast iron everything has oil in the water (seriously) Ka heads; stringers are treated lumber with maybe 2 layers of light cloth thats peeling off in places JC/G pump no diverter steerings froze up F/R froze up trailers a bigger pos than the boat is ... Gel is in nice shape upholstery and engine cover are nice ; has a new walmart battery ! Asked the guy how much it was he said "6500 dollars and it's ready to go in the lake RIGHT NOW" I said "Let's Go" he said " I can't take it out right now it may thunderstorm" so I said "Well maybe you don't want to take it because it can't be driven the way it sits and it's MAYBE worth 1200 bucks " he said "You don't know what you are talking about, you've probably never even seen one of these..."  So .... Dean's fixing to hook up the Sanger and go show it to him and see what he thinks it's worth ... any bet's on it being LESS than what he wants for this Avenger?  I mean yeah I'd buy the hull right now for 1200 and he can keep all the other stuff including the trailer .... and does anyone have a 2016 sticker on their boat (Texas) cuz this one does ... heads up it's orange ...

Ya know Cliff come to think about it it may have been an 06 .. no TX numbers just a sticker ... and he told Dean the most he'd be able to get out of the Sanger was 3500 dollars ... Dean fired it up and revved it a couple times and he jumped to 5500 ... Dean told him he was abot 10k off and that apparently he didn't know what he was talking about and had never seen one before .... It's got a Skit Tow on the back it has to be worth it.

James your being nice offering him 1200 for it.  I would offer him maybe 800.  The seats look faded unless thats the design of the material.  Which to me means its had a lot of sun time which could be damaging to the seats.

I drove that boat when dale was working on it back in 2006. It sat at his shop until this year when the guy finally picked it up. terd boat.
