anybody run k & n oil filters?

I am running a K&N on a Hot 351W, No issues, I had trouble with the Wix filters, The filter pleating was folding up. never had an issue with pressure but did not like what I was seeing inside the filter, That was on a BBF, I changed to a Cat filter, they wrap and bond a cord to the pleating and it prevents it from folding. never tryed to see if they make one that will fit a Chebby.

I have no flow restriction at all with one of these...

Yep I run the K&N oil filter on my DD. I was planning on running them on the boat too but I will be running a Baldwin after reading the oil filter thread on PB.

I have a re-usable filter on my jet boat.  It was on there when I bought it.  I filter on my whacker boat is a, oops I forgot there is no oil filter.  crazy.gif

I run a K & N...$12.99 at autozone and i'm a fanatic about changin my oil and plugs..evry other trip out ... crazy.gif I hear some say they change it once a year...but i like to run the crap outta mine so its the least i can do!!!! :smile17: makes me feel better anyway! think.gif
