I recieved the New Marine alternator last week and installed it on Friday. I got to test it out on Saturday and Sunday and it worked flawlessly. The new marine alt read a steady 14V on the guage and kept the batteries topped off nicely.

What I found was strange was that when I was using the re-manned auto alternator, the voltage guage would sway between 13v and 15v. Also when running at night, I noticed my running lights flickering. With the new marine alternator, I'm reading a steady voltage and there's no flickering of the lights.
