Its cool, i didnt take it as an insult, it is the first boat ive ever owned, i couldnt tell you if it performed like it should or not.. I should have holley 750s instead of edelbrock 650s but i wasnt willing to dish out a grand on them. I had the engine built in late 08 but a machine shop in mississippi. I know most of the guts but know knothing of the cam specs or valve sizes,

JE pistons, H beam rods, scat crank, arp push rods, ferrea valves, edelbrock performer rpm heads,

oh i can't reveal my source, seeing how i wasnt there i guess i really wouldn't know, i am just going on someone else's word that was there, and that it lacked the performance that a 533 would surely have, do you have a build sheet on the engine? or did you build the engine yourself? all this would definately aid in selling the boat, i know i offered ya 2k for the complete boat, i might be able to go 2300, if the boat runs, but then i would have to drive to mississippi to get the boat and back which is 600 miles from here, which would be another 200 in gas. i'm not trying to piss you off, or insult you, i'm guessing that you havent had any offers, i'm just trying to give  you a way out of the boat that is atleast 4400 miles from where you are now. good luck with the sale.  SOF

Mine does not perform like a 521, but it is  :grin: Just because a boat doesnt run as fast as some thinks it should. Mine doesnt run as fast beacause it's in a big YELLOW tanker  , stick it in a TX, and it would be in the high 80's, low 90's. Almost the same build as Richard. learned alot from buying this hull, looks are deceiving in the boat world  May look fast but not be  :cheesy:
