Is there such a thing? Or suggestions of a place to pick up a Corvette wheel?
Son in law has these on his Firebird, been told they are off a C6 'vette, 18x10.5... Knocked a chunk out of one the other day. I dunno, looks expensive. :cheesy:
Does anybody remember that old cooler ad, that had the Blazer floating (or appearing to float) on four ice chests, one under each tire?
What brand of cooler was that... couldn't tell ya why I thought about that, but I remember the pic & its drivin me crazy, lol. Haven't turned up...
Saw this posted on PB,
aluminum-man
6 pages of old hotrod stuff, Chrysler, Pontiac, Ford, Buick, Chevy, flatheads, etc.. as well as old tools & other stuff.
Pretty cool browsing thru all the stuff he's got listed...
Been seeing various postings on Craigslist from this guy. Thought I would post the text from one of his listings since he included his phone number in case someone may be looking for something hard to find or little out of the ordinary. Never know what he may have laying around.
hi - we have...
Was wondering if anybody from here has ever seen this. Its an old video, but every now & then copies can still be found. Looks pretty cool, just curious if it was all big boats or what. Not that there's necessarily anything wrong with that. Like to see some stuff like we have as well. :cool...
Just wanted to take a moment to say "Thank you" to all those who have served & are currently serving our country. Thank you for your service doing what you do in protecting our way of life & keeping our country safe. :smile17:
Its an oil filled coil, should you be able to hear the oil sloshing around inside or has something happened to it.... No idea how old it is if that matters (it was on there when I got the boat).
Saw this on Facebook, friend of mine's wife posted it. Looks like an old v-drive? At any rate, an old sunk boat exposed by the dropping lake level. This is about the only cool thing about a lake or river drying up, stuff thats been lost showing up again... Wonder what part of the lake this was on?
If you were selling your boat: would you rather it go to a friend/someone on the boards.... or sell it to a complete stranger.
Figuring that if it went to someone on the boards you'd more than likely see it around more often than if you sold it to a stranger to where you may not see it again...
K, as some of ya know, my battery crapped out finally while we were in Bay City. Volt gauge has only showing 11 on the last couple outings, but I had been putting it off to the ancient battery. Swapped out the battery.. still only 11 volts on the gauge.
This is not a "one-wire" alternator by...
You work on this recently?
Looked at it over the weekend, guy said he had it up at Howard's Auto Care for service, gettin it checked over before he put it up for sale...
Some pictures from the Pigeon Forge Rod Run... these weren't even from the show, these along with hundreds more, could be seen cruising or parked on both sides of the main drag running through town. It was a helluva afternoon. Figured some folks would get a kick out of some old iron. :cool...
What size is that motorhome you have.... You pull the boat with it? Ya'll like it ok I guess as opposed to the barbaric practice of *gasp* tent camping...
Details man, talk to me... :cheesy:
Heard you had a neighbor dragging a boat down the road with only bare rims on the trailer... crazy.gif  Friend of yours? You may need to have a talk with him...
