Interesting linkage set up. Looks like they drilled and tapped a vent tube on the webbers to hold some linkage in place

Thermostat is wrong for a Y-Block.  The dizzy was also canted to the passenger side and Y blocks had center bolt valve covers didn't they?

I am wondering why there is a electric throttle stop control, what car is it on.  That damn thing is the first thing I throw away when building a performance motor for a car.

Didn't know that about the thermostat or valve covers... all the pics I saw show the dist. at an angle like you say, but kinda hard to tell in the posted pic.
