My nomination thread for boat of the month this month is locked and it will not let me unlock it . How did that happen and how can I get it unlocked  ?

I bet someone accidentally clicked on the lock.  That person will have to be the one to unlock it or a moderator should have the permissions necessary to fix it.  You might could just delete the thread and start a new one.  There was only one nomination in there.
