sfi harmonic balancer

need help identifying 7'' diameter, sfi harmonic balancer. only markings are sfi 18.1, timing marks, and the following -A424848,  0608. seems to fit bbc crank, is believed to be a 396-427 internal bal. no manufacture name. any ideas- thanks
