Lake Lewisville

Anyone here boat on Lewisville?  I live 5 min from the Hickory Creek ramp.........I usually go during the week or early on Sat or Sun mornings to try and avoid the crazyness out there.

Would be nice to see some jetboats on the lake every now and then.

We are fairly close, live in Mckinney.
We spend most of our time on Texoma, Broken Bow etc.
Haven't been on Lake Lewisville in several years.
There are several jet boats in the area.
We will have a couple on Texoma this weekend around the Eisenhower State Park, Dam  area.

I live in Denton and I try to go as often as I can.  I usually put in at Big Sandy, but depending on the wind I may put in somewhere else.  I go to Copperas Cove quite a bit also.  It's all about finding the smooth water, and avoiding the wakeboard boats.  :smile10:

I hear you on the wakeboard boats........I use the H/C ramp because I usually have to launch my boat alone and it is in a no wake zone.  The cove west of the I35 bridge is ok in light winds.......most of the wakeboard boats stay over toward the Highland Villiage side.

We should try and hook up sometime.
