Does anyone ever hangout on lake LBJ?

Haven't been on LBJ since the late 60's early 70's! Was nice and quite back then. Post any updates, I'm curious now!!!!!!! JR

I used to live near LBJ and the main problem is keeping any water in it!  I have seen it look like a pasture more than a lake a lot of times.  Beautiful area, though and great fishing.  Lots of great big rocks also...

I don't mind seeing a lake "once" at river stage, so I can find and mark the dangerous spots, but not every year or so! My family used to have 3 waterfront lots with retaining walls on LBJ. That may be why they sold them ! I still will probably visit it since we're talking about it!!! I used to love it up there. I thought LBJ and Marble Falls were suppose to be constant level lakes???? We go to LBJ from time to time. Tons of wake boarders. We usually head up to the Llano river  and hanf out in the shallow water. Also have a friend that has a place on the Colorado side. It does get choppy as the lake narrows, but always has water!!
