Shouldn't be that hard to find.  There was a A$$ load of those made back in the 70's by several different manufacturers.  There is a set on CL right now but they are the wrong size.

Here ya go.  They are mustang wheels but they are the right size.  Offset might be wrong but you could just get wider axles.  LOL
