Big water leak at the self aligning shaft log through the screws, around the screws, under the screws, you name it. Any ideas on the fix?IMG_0713.jpeg

You will probably have to remove it, clean up the old silicone. Then re-silicone it and install. It may have been removed and re-installed with out re-sealing it.

Thanks Patchman. It has an oily silicone substance under it. When I pulled a couple screws the oily substrate adhered to them. So, I'm planning on pulling the engine to access the back half screws. Big oil pan is about two inches off the hull floor restricting access. This alignment log was installed 10/22 by BLR racing in SoCal.

My v-drive experience has been that they are like a helicopter! For every hour of fun, there is 2 hours of maintenance! And don't forget, that they make parts! At least these two did!
