I cant remember  which cranks or engines are internally balanced, which are external?
396 ?
402?
427?
454?
Trying to fiqure out which blower hub I need to order for my 402bbc?

Na havent found anything. Just seen balancers on ebay for 396,402,427 neutral balance.

All production model 454 and 502 are externally balanced and share the same stroke.  The 396, 402, and the 427s are all internally balanced and also share the same stroke. BTW the 402 is nothing more than a .030 over 396.

In stock trim the 454 and 502 are both external balanced all others are internal. (Like you would use anything smaller than a 454 anyway) Maybe in a resto car but not a hot rod boat. If you are starting from scratch I would put a 496 rotaing assembly in a stock block from the general. That is your best bang for buck.
