For those that are planning on staying at plowmans the weekend of the fun run better start making your reservations now. Spots are filling up. Also this will be the location of the fish fry this year.

Fun runners get ready. The annual S&J Racing and Marine fun run on Lake Whitney/Brazos River will be held on September 21st. $20 a hand and yes you can purchase multiple hands. We will start at 10 am at the Kimball Bend Park and finish that evening with a winner take all. Trey will be doing a fish fry for the poker run participants so come on out take a boat ride, maybe go home with some cash and eat some great food! Sponsorships are available. Drivers meeting and card hands buy in at 10:00 am sharp Saturday morning @ Kimball Bend park, campsite 12. For the guys putting in at Indian Lodge, take a left go up River about 1/2 mile and the park will be on the left.
