I miss my 250R.....  :sad:

You ok with some traveling? I haven't heard of any around here to be had for a long time.

That's the problem, I'll seen a ton of them, 1000 miles or more away... :rolleyes: I found a nice one in Dallas, but they want 2700.......I was looking for more of a basket case...being a mechanic and all...

I hear ya. After thinking about it, a friend of mine still had his last I heard, and was wanting to get rid of it, I can give him a buzz if ya like. Probably gonna be in the $3K range though. He's got a ton of work in it (big bore kit, close ratio transmission, etc.) along with a lot of extras: rims, tires, paddles, etc....

I know of a LT250R My buddy has had it since 1986 when it was brand new. Bone stock needs a bit of work but not much. PM me if intrested

I've been thinking lately how much I miss mine now that the weather is getting nice. I had a sweet yellow '97 Alba Banshee and a stupid fast '99 Banshee. There's nothing like a 2-stroke  :smile15:
