Hawaiian maintenance

I actually worked on a boat last weekend. Now to find a rebuild kit for this pump.
I knew I felt a disturbance in the force... as if millions of voices cried out at once and said... "It's about time..." and were suddenly silenced. 😵😄

That's good man, get er going. Lots of boating to do 👍

It was about time! I think the pump had a bad check valve. It would pump gas out of it, but not suck gas too it. Anyway it is running again!:cool::cool:

I think I'll test some local waters first! The last time I ran this boat up North, the fresh motor locked up at Tawakoni!
Ya, something about those Northern waters that aren't too friendly to those Southern water dwellers.

Haha.

Whitney is more Central TX, isn't it?

Well I got to splash the Hawaiian Saturday, it ran perfectly. The only issue was sucking up a bunch of hydrilla and getting a little warm. But all is good for this summer!

I have a few small issues, but it is running! Mite have to drag it up north this year.
Just say when!

There should be a Poker run on Lake Lavon this year. The organizer is still working out the details with the Army COE.

Also Plowmans again in September / October I think.

Had to go rescue my dad's tri-toon. So I broke a world record by a jet actually towing a toon in! Everyone and their grandma had to check out what was going on. The wakes where horrible, and the old man was ready to start popping some caps! Lol.

That's good that y'all were able to get it around and on the trailer without too much hassle. I know that shit can get chopped up. The one time we had the boat there with yall I took water over the nose a couple times getting around to that cove where we hung out 😬

You didn't wash the toon down did ya, last time out your diverter was stuck, lol

No, tied up to the side of the tune. He had to do the steering with the outboard, and I was the propulsion! The old jet didn't have steering authority over the tri-toon.
