Here some pics of my latest machining/rigging project. The goal was to keep everything as compact and light as possible.

Makes me want a pro charger!!!!
Looks as though it's the beginning of the end for the greatest light truck motor of all time. GM is moving on. Can't wait to hear about how this one is going to be the most bad ass thing you can put between the stringers.... Oh yeah they are calling yet another motor the LT1, lame...
The roll call is at 40-45. I don't think that is a realistic number. I know of quite a few folks that are coming but not posting that will be there.
My guess is 100 boats.
This guy went out of his way to help me out and we have never even met! He just happened to have a flat shoe like I have been wanting to try and he gave me a "try before you buy" deal. Doesn't get any better than that!
S&J Performance Marine for the win!
THANKS AGAIN STACY!
I have broken bolt in my suction housing where the bearing cap bolts on. It's sheared off about 3/16 below the flange, welding a nut or stud on is not an option. I'm trying to avoid removing the suction. Have any of you used a LH drill for bolt extraction? Any other ideas??
Made a short vid of a wire machine at work today. This is opening up an aluminum fixture .002". You can see the radio frequency of the spark gap messing with the phone.

I need a new steering system for the lib, the "helm" (part that bolts in the dash) is smoked as well as the cable. It was a rack system. I need to know what steering kits you guys have used successfully. It has the transom thru mount for the cable if that matters. TIA
