Call it what you will but...it's the right hull, pump and motor. Wouldn't be difficult to have that thing hurting some feelings. Including yours.

I never said it was slow, and it won't hurt my feelings. You're assuming I have a fast boat that could beat anyone when in fact it has beat no one. It's slow, but it will cross the lake two more times back and forth after ya'll have run out of gas and look damn good doing it.

I'll still call it a hodge podge of parts, a fast hodge podge of parts.

What about that boat looks hodge podge ? Everything on the boat is blue anodized aluminum . The seats were built for that boat . The only thing that doesn't match is the scoop . Red and blue is kind of a interesting color combination , but the boat was built with nice parts .

The pump is two shades of blue with a white bowl and home made ride plate. There is three inch gap on either side of the back seat to the gunwale. They were made for something other than this boat. Something narrow like a Southwind or Earl Smith. Plus they are tweed? They probably came out of an old rat rod like a model A or something. The only blue anodized on the boat is NOTHING. There is red anodized on the valve cover hold downs. All other aluminum parts are natural, powder coated blue or painted blue. Then the scoop is totally out of place.

To be real nice it needs the pump powder coated all the same color, scoop painted to match the boat and the seats coverd in vinyl, and polish out the gel coat, and that's just from the pics. Not saying it isn't worth the $7k he's asking. I'm saying with the little work everything will look like it belongs and it would be a real nice $12k ride.

I'm with you James...it does look like it was either a quick budget build or they took out all the good stuff and put what he had laying around into the boat just to sell it.

Either way, that boat will smoke whatever I have....

That boat has some serious run time, I was shocked when Randall sold it! Well maybe not too shocked, he sells all his boats! think.gif

That explains a lot now why Shannon is defending this pile. He's giving Randall a reach around.. LOLOL

Nothing like that , just don't see how he can say this boat is a hodge podge . If you saw the boat when he got it and saw it again after he got done with it , you would understand how much time and effort went into the boat .

Well Randall rigged and ran this boat...doesn't make it worth any more or any less...i do remember it has a lowpro intake in it...i dont think buffing it is gonna do any good...it needs paint. But for a solid hull, pump, trailer, and engine its well worth the asking price...just not to me. :smile30: Some one needs to buy this one and with some $$$$ and hard work it will be as bad as you want it to be!!! :smile17:

The hull should be solid , it has all new wood in it , and the interior was completely regelled when the wood was done .
