Sold the Belvedere. I enjoy bringing the boat south and hanging out with you guys. Trying to keep up with both was getting expensive. Decided to sell the car and keep the boat. If all works out as planned it is heading to Denton Texas. Going to get me a new truck to pull the boat with and try to get down a lot more this summer.

It sure looked like a really nice car and I loved the driveway video. Hopefully we can meet up next summer. Any news on your engine yet Galen? I hope it wasn't anything just a check up and inspection.
Was not hurt real bad but found some things we are going to address. Going to square everything up since we have some time on the new block. Coating the piston domes and skirts. Going to a steel gapless top ring. Going to a better rod and main bearing (Babbitt type). Had some signs of valve float so changing from a dual to a triple spring. A little more port work and a cam change. Setting it up to safely pull 8100 rpm.Carnivalride said:
