After many years XM got told to shove it today. What a bunch of idiots. Another US business sending jobs to India or wherever, I hope they sink like a sub with a screen door.

I switched trucks earlier this year (both had XM factory). When I called to switch the subscription, they kept asking me to keep them both activated. I explained several times the old truck was gone...they just didn't get it.

So far, I've received 3 letters in the mail begging me to reactivate the radio in the truck that is gone. They just don't get it!!!

Yes, they are a bunch of morons!  I absolutely hate doing business with them.  I have several accounts with them for the aircraft that we manage.  (XM Weather).  Very expensive subscriptions and they still just don't have anyone there with any substantial brain power.  But, what do you do?  Go somewhere else?

I decided screw em, pandora is free & we've got almost 6k songs on 5+ iPods. It does suck not having it though. Oh well.

Well its not exactly free. If u play it 24 7 you will eat up all ur data. But with att you can buy another gig for like 10 bucks if u use all of your data
