Not all of you know or knew johnny from the san jac but for those of you that did i just read this post on facebook from becky hatherly. I don't know anything more than what is in this post.

Update on my brother, Johnny Hood.
My brother is a truck driver and was at a truck stop in Illinois when he had the stroke. Some good people noticed the signs and took him to the ER. We believe he had a hemorrhagic stroke yesterday. His son and daughter-in-law are with him now. They took him into surgery about 4 hours ago to do a craniectomy to relieve the pressure on his brain. My oldest sister and brother-in-law, Sherry Lowe and Rick Lowe, are on their way now. Sherry just called and said Johnny was out of surgery and doing good. The doctors main focus at this point is to keep an eye on the swelling. Please pray for healing for my brother and safe travels for my sister and brother-in-law! Love and many thanks!
