We made a windshield for the Crusader and I have a plexi glass bender if you need it.....the thing is just sitting in my attic.

A quick Google search comes up with lots of places that should be able to handle the job  :smile30:

I am pretty sure i can make one.  :smile16:  TKS! for looking

Although I am sure there are others here like Matt and Cliff with advise and experience.  I have some history molding lexan as well for windows on our drag cars and windscreens for motorcycles over the years feel free to give me a holler.

Actually , come to think of it , I think the ones made of plastic that I have seen are not bent plastic anyway . Pretty sure the one on Randall's Liberator was cut flat out of 1/8" Plexiglass or Lexan and it bends good enough to form to the boat when you install it . You could just make a template out of poster board and transfer it onto the plastic and cut it out yourself .

That was what I was thinking

I would put that chrome door edge trim that they use on cars on it if I were you . I have gotten a few nasty cuts from plexiglass in the past .

I have some of that black C (pinch) trim I used on Knotty Girl left.
