Ok everyone. This is the official thread for WELCHFEST 2010. It will be held the weekend of Aug. 21 at Welch park. I just got off the phone with the people who run the park and they are excited to have us back this year. They have a total of 38 campsites, and as of this afternoon they were all available for rent. To make your reservations call 979-596-2286. They accept all major credit cards except american express.
As far as t shirts for this years event, they will be pre order only, and cost will be $20 each. Now remember guys, the t shirt sales help pay for the meal served saturday afternoon, and other odd and end expenses that it takes to put on the event. This year we will also be renting a pavilion that has electricity and water to act as a general meeting place to gather, eat, and be merry. :smile14:
So please place all t shirt orders here in this thread, and I will keep up with who ordered what sizes. This means specialty sizes will be able to be accomodated like kids sizes, and exta smalls and big and tall orders.
I know its late in the year for the actual planning, but I guess its better late then never.
