My Warranty on my knee has ran out.

To all the members of this site whom I know and to those i have never meet before. I will be having my right leg removed on this Monday 26Th at about noon. I have dealt with this problem for over the past 6 years. I have finally lost another round of infection in my knee. It will be removed about 6" above my right knee. Hopefully this will give me some better quality of life. So as the next events or Labor day boating remember I wish I could be there. I ask that everyone to respect the mods and respect each other for you will never know when a life changing event to make you look at what you miss the most. Thanks Bill"cookieman"

Dang Bill, sure hate to hear it. You have been dealing with issues for so long, we will keep you & the family in mind with our prayers that this will help you move forward. Look forward to seeing you at a get -together somewhere along the way.

My Thoughts and Prayers will be with you and your family Bill . You know I am not very far from you guys , so if something comes up that I can help you with let me know ..

I mention this before , My cousin lost her leg a couple years ago from cancer , the quality of life it a lot better than it would have been if the cancer continued . She gets around very well now and she even started swimming again . So hang in there ..

Bill,  sure hate to hear this,  we will keep you in our prayers,  and this may also be God's will in helping you gain a better quality of life, like others have said,  and may also gain more mobility,  keep us updated

Bill hopefully with this you can put all the days of pain behind you and get out and enjoy boating again.  I hope to see you on the water when your all healed up.

Bill sorry to hear this and i know you have a rough go at it in the past,,but if i know you,you have already been sitting there thinking about driving the boat and getting in and out with one leg and im sure you have already got those issues squared away!!! You were never a quitter and I and all that know you on THB and elsewhere are sure to agree!!!! Hang in there and see you on the water soon!

Bill. I hate reading this but I know it's probably for the best as it seems like a last option. I've prayed for you already but will continue to do so.

Duane and I will do our best to maintain THB to the standards in which you've set for the short time you'll be gone.

I know I live a few hours away....however if you need anything, holler.

I fondly remember when we met and I fit you and your whole crew in my tiny 13' Boston Whaler. Lol....good times man.

Just talked to steve...(borderline) and bill had to go through a longer ordeal than expected, but he is doing well! jump.gif jump.gif jump.gif
