I am setting up a mag with an offset on BBC. Manifold is set for this offset. I was going to change to something else but may just stay with mag to keep costs down in replacing it. Timing and tuning. What is the best way to do this. Where are the best instructions. Weighing options. Thank you

What kind of mag and how much advance is built into it?

Mallory super Mag II.  Don Zigg Mallory external coil. I think it is 34 or 35. I will have to ask. Not sure. Have it in the right physically. I am using a Joe Hunt Signal converter for the tach. I have a Joe Hunt buzz box I hope to test it soon.
