You can try taking a look over on LS1TECH , there are always lots of parts for sale in the classified section over there .

Damn, didn't see this. The hot ticket right now for the 409 is K1's forged steel crankshafts (PN 346-4000RB6F-24, $780) It' a 4" stroke. On a 4.030 bore nets a 408, some call it a 409. My math comes out to 405.139 but deck height could come into play adding a little more volume. Either way..... that's a crank.

The Callies DragonSlayer is one of the best (and priciest @ +/- $1500). I assume this is an LQ4/LQ9 iron block?

Thanks for the responses. Ordered a new billet 4" stroke winberg billet yesterday think it will last awhile. No more calles compstar for me.

Damn Charles.... That's the Caddy of cranks right there. They don't come any better than Winberg. Post a pic when it comes in. I won't even ask what it set you back, but I have a good idea what they run.
