We are doing Lake Austin Friday&Sat, Lake Travis Sunday, and Lake Conroe Monday

We might be able to join you. I have been spending part of my weekends on Lake Austin lately. It's a nice lake a bit narrow for all the traffic but still nice some real long stretches for some great runs.Raymond224 said:

Good to hear. We should have a nice gathering, still waiting on everyone to rsvp, but thinking 30-40 people, but we will see. On Saturday night we are going to Ables@6pm. Most of my buddies will be in larger power boats and ski boats. Doesn't lake austiin have noise restrictions?

Don't know on that never needed to worry about it on anything I am on the water on but I do know the party cove in Lake Austin is restrictive on music because the people that live in that cove are tight A$$es regarding the music being too loud. The family cove has pretty much become the party cove since there are no houses around so the noise isn't a problem there but its only 5-6 deep at most.Raymond224 said:
There are a lot of houses right on that lake so I can imagine it would be pretty restrictive. There is very little waterfront thats not inhabited.
I know it gets pretty choppy especially when there are a lot of boats out there.

Shouldn't have to worry bout a speed limit or noise cause it'll be rough as hell on a holiday weekend. The party cove is on Travis ( Devils Cove ). Get ready to see lots of LEO's as well, a DD would be Highly recommended. Be safe out there.
