Kona welding

I got me header back from Kona.  He welded my header tube back to the flange.  I thought it might be a lost cause.  There was a 1/4" gap.  He pulled it together and welded it from the inside.  He did an incredible job.  It looks cosmetically good. Henry just watch out sometimes after they crack like that and you welding them they will heat up from the the motor and crack again past the weld so just keep a eye on them! when the steal gets that thin they expand and shrink back the crack all over

Well, when (if) you see a broken Chevy.  It's the mechanics fault!  :smile16:  A good Chevy mechanic is a mechanic that works on Fords and Dodges.  Lotsa practice!  :smile30:
