We were on Conroe, Saturday was kind of choppy. Sunday turned out to be real nice! :smile17:

We were hanging out in the middle of the river.  It was a little more than ankle deep most of the way across where we stopped and anchored.  I need to go back down there with the fish slayer and check it out a little more in depth.

man that is crazy, but I would imagine it to be different for sure with the amount of water running thru there when it was up. Definitely a slow cruise/recon type trip would be a must before ripping up to the sandbar. Not that there's anything wrong with that. :wink: :grin: Been thinking the same thing for the Lavaca. :cool:

Yep.  The ramp is ok.  Not great.  There's still a lot of mud on the ramp below the water line.
