I will be headed for Phoenix tomorrow to see my daughter, granddaughter and the IHBA world finals. She lives just one exit North of the track. Pics and accounts to follow.

Stopped at Owens long enough to harass Joe for not going. Said he was swamped with work. While i was there Bruce Bullock (Bullock Marine in Seabrook) stopped by with a motor to dyno. He just got back from the Ukrane. Had some stories to share about the women over there. Gotta go.

In a huge surprise, Daryl Ehrlich, multi-time Top Fuel Champ, will be stepping out of the seat of Eddie Knox's "Problem Child" at the World Finals. It appears that TAH driver Joel Weber will be the new shoe for the EKR water-rocket. Joel is a very accomplished driver in his own right. Weber was one of the first to eclipse the 230 mark in TAH way back in the 90's, as well as several race wins driving for Bob Pizza in his #2 TAH What a Tomato II. I took a few pics and will post later today. Met Kjell Adams and Frank Munoz. They are both in QE class. Found Hydro Commando boat . Just heard some noise from  the track. Gotta go.

I'm back at work. I will post pics tonight after I download them off the phone. Saw a wicked TAF crash Sunday. "BACK IN BLACK
crashed. It was totally destroyed but the driver is fine. Weird thing is we were standing at that boat about 1/2 hr before admiring it.
